Episode 9

While attending Sarah's poetry reading, Dennis and Aoki reckon with the psychological toll of having gotten away with murdering Jessica. Mary-Beth and the Creature try again to bake a ciabatta loaf, but keep getting interrupted by various hijinks and coincidences.

Episode 10

The Creature visits the courthouse to try to get its marriage annulled, with Aoki present for moral support. Sarah struggles to copy edit Mary-Beth's garage sale flyer to minimize the number of slurs. Dennis and Jessica's date night keeps being interrupted by roving gangs of leather-clad marauders who crave violence.

Episode 11

Aoki seeks out her reclusive half-sister in the hidden monastery beneath the forest shrine, seeking answers about why her The Sims game keeps accurately predicting the future of the boarding house's residents. Mary-Beth's garage sale goes so well she pays the Creature to begin building a third spire onto the house. While eating a ciabatta loaf, Dennis and Jessica reckon with the psychological toll of having gotten away with murdering Sarah.

Episode 12

During a girls night out, Sarah, Jessica, Aoki, Mary-Beth, and the Creature start a successful small business stealing bottles of expensive wine from the bougie wine bar across from the bowling alley and "returning" them to the liquor store for a full refund, using forged receipts. Dennis wins a regional fighting game tournament by spamming Ultra George's rising command throw.

Episode 13

While finishing construction of the new housespire, Dennis and the Creature reckon with the psychological toll of having gotten away with murdering Mary-Beth. Jessica accidentally spills an energy drink into the resurrection pool and Mary-Beth returns as a gamer. Aoki and Sarah burn down a Starbucks to make a point.

Episode 14

The Creature is offered a job in the Upper City, where dreams come true and luxury is infinite, but it would never be allowed to see its friends in the boarding house again. Aoki and Sarah face the Tribunal for their Starbucks arson, but the Tribunal doesn't know that was part of their plan all along. Jessica mediates after Gamer Mary-Beth beats Dennis at fighting game nationals and Dennis is a huge baby about it.

Episode 15

After a bitterly personal argument with Dennis, the Creature decides to take the job in the Upper City. Gamer Mary-Beth takes Jessica shopping at the fashion tower with the prize money from fighting game nationals. Aoki and Sarah reckon with the psychological toll of triggering the disbanding of the Tribunal, throwing the city into political turmoil.

Episode 16

As the Creature packs for its move to the Upper City, Aoki and Sarah train Jessica, Dennis, and Gamer Mary-Beth to become leather-clad marauders who crave violence. The Second Tribunal try to bake a ciabatta loaf, but keep getting interrupted by politically motivated terror attacks.
